Diagnosed with bipolar disorder five years ago, Charlotte initially struggled with anxiety-induced tics in her neck and hands, which deeply affected her confidence. Even everyday tasks, like going to the shops, felt overwhelming. However, through dedicated therapy and the right support, she was able to rebuild her life skills and regain her self-assurance.
Her resilience and determination led her to graduate with a First-Class Honours degree from university. Today, she thrives as a PR and Social Media Manager in the telecommunications industry. Charlotte’s journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, and she continues to inspire others by showing that mental health challenges do not define a person’s potential.
